About Beth Carroll
Ms. Carroll is the Managing Principal of Prosperio Group (formerly Cygnal TLC), a consulting firm that drives strategic growth through effective compensation plans in the Transportation & Logistics industry.

Ms. Carroll has worked with clients who are in high growth or start-up mode as well as with Fortune 100 companies.
