UHD Career Services is pleased to invite you to the Spring 2012 Careers & Coffee Event. The layout and structure will offer a relaxed atmosphere where professionals can interact with students and alums much as they would with their colleagues at professional events.
Deadlines
Price Deadline: Registrations dated February 15 or earlier - $65 You may pay later.
February 16 or later - $100 You may pay later.
Refund Deadline: February 22. Registrations not canceled via email by February 22 will be billed as if attending.
Included: Small bar-height table and barstool
Water, coffee, snacks
Resumes of pre-registered students
One parking space in visitor garage (first 50 employers) - Other parking is in a
remote lot requiring a shuttle ride.
Want to have a great experience?
___ Register by the February 15 deadline to get the discount and give us time to announce your participation to students and alums. Remember, you can pay later.
___Make your registration form thorough by including the majors you typically recruit and types of careers you typically offer. Students and alums need to know who is the best fit for them. "All majors" is a too generic and will turn students and alums away.
___Send a UHD alum when possible and make sure your representative is knowledgeable.
___ Arrive in only one car to avoid having to use the remote lot and shuttle. Or take the Metro Rail that stops at our front door.
___ Don't bring a display; there is no place for it; you will have a small bar-height table.
