Gregg L. McNelis
Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of TBS International plc

Mr. McNelis has served as a Director of TBS International (NASDAQ: TBSI) since 2004, and as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since March 2005. Since 1993, Mr. McNelis has served as Executive Vice President of TBS Shipping Services, a subsidiary of TBS International, where he manages the chartering department responsible for commercial employment of the TBS fleet.
