The Transportation Club of Houston Education Committee sponsors a limited number of seats for active students majoring in transportation, supply chain, logistics related areas. ALL student registrations must be endorsed by their college or university instructor. TCH membership is not a requirement.

Mr. Paul Parkin
CEO of HAL, Inc.

ABOUT MR. PAUL ALLEN PARKIN
A founding member of HAL, Inc., Mr. Parkin currently serves as its CEO and has more than 22 years’ experience providing solutions to the capital projects logistics industry. Since the company’s humble beginnings in 1992, Mr. Parkin has spent extensive hours working in various packing, transportation, and warehousing facilities analyzing and documenting their processes around the world. This hands-on approach enabled HAL to custom design process flows that resulted in near-zero discrepancies.

Recognizing the needs of the industry are constantly changing Mr. Parkin is continually challenging the HAL team to push the limits of hardware and software technology. He is currently an advisor to the University of Houston Downtown’s College of Business Supply Chain Management program and has served as the “Procurement & Supply Chain” Roadmap Champion at FIATECH. He speaks regularly at industry conferences and special training seminars.

Mr. Parkin currently resides in Spring, Texas with his wife of 19 years, Raelynn and their four children. He and his family are very active in their church and also have a home ministry “Bride Song Ministries” that holds and helps to facilitate worship events around the greater Houston area and as far away as Cape Town, South Africa.

As the company grew Mr. Parkin helped to assemble a staff of qualified trainers, installers, customer service reps and developers that currently support more than 140 facility installations on six continents.
